Just providing dinner or hors d’oeuvres? Then let us take care of the rest. With the Cash Bar option, you can rest easy knowing we’ve got the bar covered. We bring in a full stock of alcohol, beer, and wine and serve your guests. We setup, serve, and thoroughly clean our area—you won’t have to think twice about the bar.
Rates
- Minimum sales requirement: $500: if sales fall short of $500, the balance is billed to the host
- Setup and Teardown: $150: We arrive early and setup the bar for the most efficient service possible. We bring in everything: the alcohol, beer, wine, coolers, serving bins, chilling buckets, fruit trays, bar mats, and all the tools needed to operate a professional, organized bar. No stress or work for you!
- Setup Fee will be waived if Cash Bar sales reach $1000
- Bartender Rate: $30 / Hour / Bartender
- 4 hour minimum required
- Billing begins thirty minutes prior to the start of the event and ends thirty minutes after the end of the event for cleanup
- One bartender per 75 guests is suggested
- Cash Bar’s require a minimum of two bartenders
- Gratuity: We ask that our bartenders be able to place tip jars at the bar(s). We make them earn it!
- Cocktail Servers: $30/ Hour / Bartender
- Servers can be a great addition to your event. Not only nice for your guests but at the same time they can take some pressure off a busy bar, ensuring the best service possible. Servers will take orders, bring drinks directly to guests, pick up empty glasses, and help keep the main reception area clean.
- One server per 150 guests is suggested
- Plasticware is included in the pricing above. Glassware is available for rent. Glassware requires enough staff members to collect and wash glasses.
- The above rates apply to events for 350 guests or less
